Stress is unavoidable, especially when our home and work lives are intertwined and it feels like we’re working harder and longer.

But when stress is left to build without employing helpful strategies to manage and dissipate it, it can lead to burnout – a complete sense of physical and mental exhaustion.

In this session we aim to understand the road to burnout better and draw on cognitive behavioural therapy methods and self-care strategies to help us manage our wellbeing better and avoid reaching burnout.
