Over the last 30 years, academic research in the field of neuroscience has documented the wide-ranging benefits of learning to meditate.
We know that meditation has the power to change the shape and structure of the brain, helping individuals to regulate thoughts, emotions and feelings. It can be an essential tool for managing stress and anxiety and dealing with uncertainty.
During our guided meditation practices, we draw on various techniques and aim to help anchor participants in the present moment. Each session aims to build on the last, introducing new points of focus in each meditation.
Our 30-minute sessions involve a 20-minute meditation followed by 10 minutes of Q&A hosted by one of our fully-qualified, experienced mindfulness teachers.

• Sessions can be delivered to groups of more/less dependent on the video-call platform

I just wanted to share a quick note and thank Mel and Jana for organising our Mental Health Workshops. Jana did a fantastic job and was really engaging in all three sessions delivered. We found the content incredibly useful. Two of the three sessions were delivered globally via a webinar format and were greatly received. Mel delivered a brilliant and eye opening lunchtime workshop on mental wellbeing in the workplace. It was interactive and informative and even just having a range of employees together in one room talking about this topic started to break down the stigma and normalise such a common issue.
In the session you learn how to identify the signs of someone who is struggling mentally and you come away with a toolkit for how to help people.

We engaged Luminate to run mental health awareness training with our managers. Mel’s delivery style was very positive and we felt the training had the desired positive impact.
