Feeling out of control when it comes to our finances can have a significant impact our mental health and sense of wellbeing.

We want to help you understand how to build better financial wellbeing and take back control of your finances by re-framing how you think about money. That’s why we have created a series of webinars on money and mental health in partnership with financial coach, Emma Waller.

By making some small, achievable changes, you can start to build a financial future that leaves you with a sense of security, comfort and ease and reduces the feelings of stress and anxiety you may feel around money.


We also offer one-to-one financial coaching sessions in which your people can meet (virtually) for a confidential conversation with Emma to discuss any monitory challenges and build financial goals.
