Evidence shows that EQ is a better predictor of success at work than IQ. Those who possess a higher level of emotional intelligence are able to better use intuition, empathy & self-awareness to succeed at work.

Authenticity and emotional intelligence are essential when nailing negotiations, building strong connections, managing tricky scenarios, persuading others, building teams and creating influential leadership: in other words, the most vital ingredients for thriving at work.
