With a lifelong passion for food, Sam wanted to translate this love into a business that would allow people to connect back to eating what’s best for their bodies and not just what they crave.

She wanted to do this with the understanding that not everyone is a natural cook, nor has hours to kill in the kitchen; so nutritional advice and food should be approachable and delicious to give us the best chance of embracing an enriching and balanced diet.

After working in media for over ten years as a Head of Talent, training teams and advising businesses on future proofing their workforces, she decided to study at The College of Naturopathic Medicine for three years to bring together her love of food and people, where she graduated with an advanced level 6 diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She is a registered nutritionist, and a member of BANT and CNHC
