Charlotte Wiseman is an applied positive psychology researcher, MBCT mindfulness trainer, Mental health First Aid trainer and coach.
It was her own personal journey overcoming chronic stress, anxiety and depression that first led her to explore Mindfulness in 2009. The positive changes she experienced were so inspiring that she subsequently left her long standing career in the fashion industry to pursue an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She focuses on offering a practical science-led approach to wellbeing and organisational performance.
She is a member of the British Psychological Society, International Positive Psychology Association and has been featured in the Journal of Public Mental Health for her pioneering work in the field of mental wellbeing.
