Founded in 2015 by Melissa Crate, Luminate’s ambition remains simple and steadfast: to help dramatically improve mental health in the workplace.
Our team does this by coaching business leaders on how to create safe, positive, inclusive work environments and communities, delivering training to employees so that they’re able to practice self-care, support others and lead contented, fulfilled lives – at work and at home.
