Our team is made up of individuals that are passionate about mental health and wellbeing. They each bring something unique to the Luminate team, that in-turn helps us help others. We work with a network of experienced, qualified and professional facilitators who each bring their unique expertise to the workshops, seminars and one-to-one work that we deliver as an organisation.

Training Coordinator
Part time role ° £27,000 per annum (pro rata) ° London, UK

Our training coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running of all Luminate sessions, managing our diary and liaising with our team of trainers, coaches and counsellors. They will be the point of contact between our clients and our facilitating team, managing all aspects of the organisation of our sessions.

They will work closely with our account managers to ensure the client experience is seamless. They will feel confident in developing and maintaining systems to ensure that each stage of the organisation process runs smoothly and that no detail is missed.

We are looking for a proactive individual with a close eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team.

• Managing the Luminate diary
• Developing and maintaining systems to ensure the smooth running of our sessions
• Liaising with facilitators, counsellors and coaches to arrange Luminate sessions
• Liaising with clients to book in Luminate sessions
• Generating order forms with booking information
• Sending out calendar invites to clients and facilitators
• Managing our digital learning & video conferencing platforms
• Generating and sending out invoices (bookkeeping duties)
• Generating workshop outlines and relevant materials for clients
• Sending out relevant guidelines and information to clients
• Generating surveys and collating feedback in survey reports

• Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Experience in complex diary management
• Good interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of people
• The ability to coordinate multiple projects

This is a part time role and we are looking for a candidate who will be able to work five half-days a week, although there is some flexibility in this.

SALARY: £27,000 per annum, pro rata
