Meet the Team

About us
We work with a network of experienced facilitators, coaches and counsellors, who all share a passion to improve the mental health and wellbeing of others. They each bring something unique to the team that, in turn, helps us help others.
Founded in 2015 by Melissa Crate, Luminate's mission remains simple and steadfast: to help dramatically improve mental health in the workplace.

Our team does this by coaching business leaders on how to create safe, positive and inclusive work environments and communities, and delivering training to employees so that they're able to self-care, support others and lead content, fulfilled lives - at work and at home.
